  Friendly staff but the restaurant is dated and always looks unkept despite being cleaned. The drive-thru entrance is tight and can be somewhat difficult to maneuver.

  Extremely dated. Men's room, no hot water, sink is rotten and the vanity is also rotten. We only had coffee . . . Wonder what the kitchen looks like. Is this one going our of business soon?

  This franchise is one of the most poorly run franchises in all of Niagara. The facilities are dated and poorly maintained, parking lot is small and typically full of ice and snow. Drive-thru is tight and very difficult to maneuver through. Service levels leave something to be desired as menu items are typically not available or take a long time to provide. Drive-through orders are quite often delayed and you end up spending much time in the reserved drive through parking spaces waiting for your order. Menu items are often substituted or are altered such as drinking boxes are supplied for juice orders with breakfast. Pricing is not in line with other locations, menu items can cost more here. Corporate promotions are not always honored. Coincidentally this franchise has the same owner as two of the other worst franchises in Niagara, namely the Dunnville and Welland locations. Disappointed to see that McDonald's corporate would allow these franchises to be running this way.
